Mrs. Veda Manning, age 80, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025.
She is survived by her daughter, Casey Scarberry (Ethan); sister, Jeanette Stilwell Weddington (Randy); sisters in-law, Maxine Warren, Veta Warren; brother in-law, Bill Price (Wilda); grandkids, Heather Laughlin (Shane), Adriane Shelton, Ezra, Samuel, Joshua Scarberry; great grandkids, Cadence Laughlin, Shelby Laughlin.
Mrs. Manning is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Manning; daughter, Pam Ivey; siblings, Lena Sanders (William), Marie Houston (Charles), Buford Warren (Dorothy, Elvleen), Billy Warren, Paul Warren, Jimmy Warren (Betty), Wilbourn Warren, Eula Mae Price, Beulah Faye Warren; brother in-law, Jim Stilwell
Funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Shirley Byrum, Bro. Scott Cooley and Bro. Patrick Price officiating. Burial will be in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home.
