Robert William Harwood Robert William Harwood, age 70 of White House went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly Monday, January 13, 2025 at his home. He was born March 27, 1954 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Robert and Delores Jean Thomas Harwood. He was the owner and operator, along with his wife, of Bob and Rhonda’s Sports Grill, worked as a lead man at Astro Procraft for many years, where they manufactured fiberglass boats and was a member of Cornerstone Nashville. He enjoyed playing guitar and bass guitar, as well as videotaping The Gathering Praise Team at Cornerstone Church. He loved listening to Rock and gospel music, fishing and playing pool. He was a Christian and loved the Lord with all of his heart. He enjoyed spending time with his church family, his wife and daughter, his son-in-law and grandkids and all of his friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Harwood; mother and step-father,, Jean Thomas (Charles) Christian. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Rhonda Biggs Harwood; daughter, Heather (Michael) Elmore, both of White House, TN; brothers, Mark (Lorene) Harwood, OH, Greg (Pat) Harwood, Nashville, TN and James Harwood, Bethpage, TN; sisters, Denise Stacey, FL and Lisa Lippa, CA; 2 grandchildren, Brody Elmore and Ava Elmore. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, January 17, 2025 at 1pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Bro. Jeremy Austill and Luke Metcalf officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Thursday, January 16, 2025 4-8pm and Friday, January 17, 2025 11am-1pm at the funeral home.
