Tracey Pace Gibson, age 54 of Arley, passed away Thursday, January 02, 2025 at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, Alabama. She was born January 25, 1970 to Jimmy and Dianne Pace. Tracey had a love for music. She attended Meek High School where she was in the band as a drum major and All-State flute player. She graduated Valedictorian in the class of 1988. Tracey went on to the University of North Alabama and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned her bachelor’s in music and education. She was a football fanatic, and an avid Eagles and Alabama Fan. Visitation will be Saturday, January 04, 2025 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where the funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Burial will be at Kennedy Cemetery in Arley, where there will be a graveside service held on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Dr. Roger White and Dr. Mike Goforth will officiate the service. Tracey was survived by her daughters, Andrea Gibson, Alexandria Gibson, and Abby Gibson (Collin Brock); parents, Jimmy and Dianne Johnson Pace; sister, LeeAnne Pace; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ed and Artie Johnson and Preston and Myrtle Pace; father of her children, Donald Gibson; and cousin, Donnie Pace.
