A service to celebrate the life of William T. Jones, 68, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 12 noon until service time.William passed away on January 2, 2025, at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born in Chester County, TN on May 26, 1956, to the late James Curtis and Irene Butler Jones. He was a self-employed painter for many years in the Corinth and Alcorn County area. He never met a stranger. He enjoyed riding the roads, talking and visiting with his friends and making new ones along the way. He loved to fish, watch western movies and just cruising the streets.
He was preceded in death by his parents; James and Irene Jones; daughter, Regina Hudson; brother, Terry Jones and his special friend, Barbara Boren.
He is survived by his daughters, Susan Wright (Josh) and Cristy Strickland (Michael); grandchildren, Trinity Wright and Aiden Strickland; brother, Jerry Jones (Gladys); sister, Faye Belford; sister-in-law, Brenda Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Rev. Kelley Zellner will officiate the service.
