James F. Brown III, 42, passed away December 28, 2024 at his home in Dennis, MS. He was born August 8, 1982 to Lori Cundiff in Harlan, IA.
He was devoted to his family with a heart as big as the sky! He loved traveling, being outdoors and helping those around him. His unwavering support and infectious smile will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 5, 5-7 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lori Cundiff; grandparents, Lonnie and Donnis Wright and uncles, Robert, Jeff and Kelly Wright, all of Council Bluffs, IA.
He was survived by his fiancé, Crystal Pearson; bonus daughters, Destiny and Emma McCollister and Jazmyn Pearson; bonus granddaughter, Kalani Metcalf, all of Dennis, MS; bonus sisters, Lori Burns of West Memphis, AR and Lee (Daniel) Scruggs of Wren, MS; bonus brother, Bruce (Trish) Nelson of Wren, MS; step-brother, Ryan (Dedra) Rose of Russellville, AL; sister, Becky (Larry) Wardlow; brother, Zachary Cundiff; step-dad, Jeff Cundiff; niece, Aubrey Wardlow; nephews, Jordan and Alex Wardlow; uncles, John (Anna) Wright, Lonnie (Elaine) Wright and Charles (Bess) Wright, all of Council Bluffs, IA.
