Hubert Larmon Aderholt, 95 of Double Springs, Alabama passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024. He was born January 19, 1929 to Luther and Ila Aderholt. Larmon was a civil Engineer for the State of Alabama Highway department for over 40 years. He was a member of the Double Springs First United Methodist Church for over fifty years where he taught Sunday School, led singing, and served on many Committees. He is survived by his sister, Patsy Aderholt; children; son, Ben Aderholt, (Belinda) daughters, Melissa Deal (Mike Battles), Julie Denard (Chris) Grandchildren; Jeremy Deal, Jonathan Deal, Wes Todd, Rusty Todd, Alexandra Aderholt and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Mildred; his parents, Luther and Ila Aderholt; sisters; Christine Lowman and Ethelene Crumpton. Visitation is Saturday, December 21, at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, Alabama, at 10:00 with funeral to follow at 11:00. A special thanks to Helen Keller Hospital, Hospice of North Alabama, and to his caregivers. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Deal, Jonathan Deal, Wes Todd, Rusty Todd, Chris Denard and Mike Battles.
