Pamela Diane Clos, age 71 of Haleyville, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 11, 1953 to Joe and Julia “Vicki” Stalyon. Pamela was a member of Henryfield First Congregational Methodist Church. She rarely put herself first and she loved taking care of people. Pamela loved her children and grandchildren, and her life revolved around them. She was one of the most selfless people and loved with all her heart. Pamela would do anything for anyone. Family will receive friends Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, with a memorial service to follow. Brother Joseph Desiderio and Brother Danny Page to officiate. Pamela is survived by her daughters, Julia (Danny Galloway) Dantzler, and Jessica (Matt) Parson; sons, Laury King Weaver, and Zachary Clos; sisters, Debbie Jernigan, and Sandra Stalyon; brother, Eddie Stalyon; granddaughters, Julia “Vicki” (Bryan) Steele, Hagen (Cory) Weaver, Navaeh Clos, Rune Parson, Elsie Parson, and Stella Parson; grandsons, Clay (Julie) Weaver, and Joshua (Kylee) Weaver; seven great grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Willie” Clos; mother, Julia Victoria Thornton; father, Joe Stalyon; brother, Joe Stalyon; grandmother, Meredith Thornton; and grandfather, JR Thornton.
