EDNA P. NEWELL 68 of Anniston 2/16/56 to 12/7/24 departed this life Saturday Dec. 7, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Jewel and Opal Pike, her husband Norman Newell, daughter Edna D. Couch and grandson Sean Couch. Survivors include 2 daughters Casey Couch and Jamie Stephens, 3 sons Bradley Newell, Gary Couch and Chris Couch. 3 sisters Coreen Diggers, Laverne and Rita, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. ” Dancing in the sky” She’ll be missed terribly. She will never be forgotten. She is my loving mother and best friend. Now she’s an angel flying high in the sky with all her loved ones. Momma we will meet again until then sing in the angel’s choir.
