James Astor Anderson, age 80 of Bremen, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Persimmon Grove Church of Christ Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his Father-Robert Lee Anderson; Mother-Eunice B. Anderson; Brothers-Lee Owen Anderson and Chester Anderson; Sisters-Cleo Thompson and Betty Bowman.
He is survived by his Wife-Gaynell Anderson of Bremen; Daughters-Christy Attaway (Heath) of Bremen, Heavenly Rose Alvarez of Jasper and Izabella Grace Anderson of Bremen; Son-Jamie Anderson (Kendra) of Jasper; Sister-Lettie Jo Oswald of Ecletic; Brothers-Wayne Anderson (Brenda) of Muscle Shoals and Clyde Anderson (Sheila) of Sumiton; 8 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dawson Alvarez, Mitchell Pashtor, Ryan Williams, Leland Williams, Dennis Paxtor, Abner Alvarado, Christopher Paxtor and Marcos Ortiz.
