Eugenia Zentz, 87, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024, at The Meadows in Fulton. She was born January 5, 1937 to the late John Andrew Staudt and the late Eugenia Dvorach Staudt in Chicago, IL. She was a member of Christ the King Church, where she enjoyed any church activities, and being involved in her social groups, Red Hat Society, American Legion, and the Homemakers. Eugenia loved looking at the night sky, looking at the stars and finding the constellations.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm on Sunday December 8, 2024 at Senter Funeral Home with Father Raja officiating. Burial will be in Fulton City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday December 8, at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter, Coral (Clint Lemons) Zentz of Fulton; grandsons, Andrew and Michael Zentz; great grandson, Michael Kolton Zentz-Fort; sisters, Carolyn (Mike) Green of Jacksonville, FL, Dorothy (James) Weldon of Glendale Heights, IL, Patricia Burns of Chicago, IL, and Josephine Arado of Lake Villa, IL; and one brother, Andrew Staudt of Bemiji, MN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Zentz; parents, John Andrew Staudt, and Eugenia Staudt; sisters, Antoinette Fitzsimons, and Marilyn Creamer.
