RUTH ALTA OSTER JACKMAN
was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 29, 1919 the daughter of the late Roy and Loretta Wagner Oster.
On July 2, 1949 she was united in marriage to Joseph Cole Jackman, who preceded his wife in death on June 21, 1999.
Mrs. Jackman was a sales lady for Belk Department Store. She was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church.
She departed this life on April 20, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 93 years, 6 months and 22 days.
Mrs. Jackman is survived by her children, Wayne Weber of Bath Springs, Tennessee and James Oster Jackman of Woodbridge, Virginia.
