Earnesteen “Tina” Wilkins, age 85, of Double Springs, formerly of Addison, went to be with the Lord on April 29, 2013.

She was born on August 5, 1927 in Winston County. Ms. Wilkins attended school at Addison High School and was a member of Kemp Baptist Church. She worked the majority of her working career selling real estate and manufacturing furniture.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her son, Kelvin “Scott” Boyd and his wife Tina; she was Memaw to 4 grandchildren, Brittney Lakay Boyd; Kara Beth Hunter, Chance Hood, Jordan Sherer; she was Grannie to 3 great grandchildren, Eli Darrant Green, Alyssa Grace Hunter, and Ja Michael Lance Sherer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene “Buddy” Wilkins; parents, James Calvin and Linnie Mae Dickerson White; brothers, Harold James White, Ned White; and sister, Wanda Walters.
