Mr. Orvel Starr Jr., 91, of Sanford N.C., died on April 25, 2013. Funeral service will be April 28, 2013, at 2 p.m in the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home in Sanford N.C. Burial will follow at Cool Springs Baptist Church in Sanford with military honors. Visitation will be tonight from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
