David Roy Manier , age 49, of Haleyville, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at UAB Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
David was born in Lake Worth, Florida, on November 10, 1963. He was a member of Maxwell Chapel United Methodist Church and he enjoyed deer hunting with his cross bow.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 2-3pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, with a memorial service to follow at 3pm. Brother Jerry Albright will officiate.
Mr. Manier is survived by his sons, Christopher Blake Manier, Franklin “Frankie” Lowen Manier; parents, James “Jim” and Beulah Cooke; brother, Jerry (Karen) Howard; sister, Misty Cooke and aunt Peggy Shell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Manier; grandparents, Roy (Minnie) Reed and James L (Martha L) Cooke.
