Mrs. Mary Lou Cullum Crowder, age 91, of Lafayette, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024, at Tristar Hendersonville Medical Center. Funeral services for Mary Lou Crowder are scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 2 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Nelson and Reverend Ron Mathis officiating. Interment will follow in the Macon County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 2 PM until 8 PM, and on Wednesday from 10 AM until service time at 2 PM.
There will be an Eastern Star Service at 6 PM on Tuesday evening by The Lafayette Chapter # 379 Order of the Eastern Star.
Family suggests donations be made to The Order of the Eastern Star or The Lafayette First Baptist Church.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her Husband, Garland R. Crowder, Sr.; Parents, Bert and Corinne Greenwell Cullum; Brothers, Loyd Cullum and Donald Cullum; and Sister, Janet Conatser.
