John “Jack” Warren Willoughby, Jr., 81, of Huntsville, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024.
Mr. Willoughby was a US Army E-5 veteran. He joined the New Orleans Police Department and served his community for 30 years until he retired. He was nationally recognized as an expert on Asian organized crime and was featured in several law enforcement training manuals across the country.
Mr. Willoughby is survived by his stepson, Brendin Harb (Sumie) Hoshikado; and cousin, Fleet Willoughby.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Simpson Willoughby; and parents, John and Imogene Willoughby.
No services are planned.
