Brenda Turney Driggs, 62, passed to the Promised Land, Tuesday, April 9, 2013. She was born in the Birmingham area and retired from the government to Hanceville, AL, in 1994. She held many positions and titles in banking, prior to retiring. She is survived by her mother, Mattie; sisters, Kathy and Patricia; her daughters, Mattie, Shelby, Jamie, Tammy, and Katherine; and a son, David. She was loved and will be missed by everyone, including her husband Ben, and a host of grandchildren. There will not be a viewing or service and interment was selected by Brenda at the beginning a long hospital stay.
