Virgie Howard Mullins, 86, died Thursday, April 11, 2013. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Olivet Presbyterian Church in Savannah, Tenn. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Neill Cemetery. Shackelford Funeral Home, Selmer, Tenn., is directing.
