Pamela Ann Waters, 62, of Fort Payne, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at her home. She was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina to the late Tommy McGowen and Lyinda J. Winkle McGowen.
No services are planned at this time, but later she will be buried with her family in Cave Springs.
She is survived by her husband William David Waters, daughter Tammy Lowery and husband Dale; sister Yelonda Nance and husband Jonathan; brothers Dennis, Dallan, and Darrell Roden; grandchildren Jahden and Taylor Cranford, Mason Lowery and wife Elizabeth, Brayden Lowery and Chloe Williams; nieces and nephews Skylar Barnett, Kenneth Vincent, and Dezirae Nance; great-niece Emma Hope, Rykker Barnett, and MaKenslee Barnett; and beloved aunt Patty Terry and uncle Jeffery Winkle.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son Timothy Allen Cranford.
