Rickey Darrell McKnight, 66, passed away February 1, 2024, at his home in Pontotoc, MS. Rickey enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and music. He will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his musical talents, his kindhearted nature, and his ability to never meet a stranger.
Survivors include his sons, Rick McKnight of Sydney, Australia and Jason McKnight of Pontotoc, MS; and his granddaughters, Ava and Charlotte McKnight of Sydney, Australia.
Rickey was preceded in death by his father, Tom B. McKnight; and his mother, Dorothy C. McKnight.
Services will be Monday, February 5, 2024, at 2PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc. Visitation will begin at 12PM and continue to service time. Burial will follow in Williams (Gershom) Cemetery.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Barry Edwards, Randy Stewart, Jock Adams, Bobby Adams, Joe Craig, and J.D. Adams.
