Billy Joe Bailey, 69, of Tuscumbia, passed away January 24, 2024. There will be no services at this time. Billy preceded in death by his parents, Thurmond and Frances King Bailey. He is survived by his son, Billy Wade Bailey and daughter, Vanessa Saucier.
