Mrs. Bobbie Franklin, 93 of Jasper, passed away at her residence surrounded by family on Friday, December 22, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her Parents-Mr. and Mrs. Fred Groves, her Husband-Joe Bob Franklin, her oldest Daughter-Rebecca Morrosis (Dan), her youngest Daughter-Mechelle Wade and her Son-Joey Franklin, three brothers and three sisters, and her youngest Grandson-Daniel C. Morrosis.
She is survived by her Daughter-Alivia (Libby) Key (Phillip) of Jasper, 8 Grandchildren-Amy Morrosis of Littleton, CO, Brian B. Key of Jasper, Dana Morrosis of Littleton, CO, Nicole Headrick of Jasper, Printess Abbott of Arley, Natalie Archibald of Jasper, Jessica Pate (Jeremy) of Cordova, Lindsay Vance (Jake) of Jasper and 22 Great-Grandchildren.
She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Raemonia Odom (Mike) of Gardendale, Judy Jean of Cordova, Angela Groves of Jasper and special friends Georgia and Robert Pridemore.
Pallbearers will be Caleb Headrick, Jacob Headrick, Kevin Headrick, Cody Headrick, Nicholas Abbott and Cade Naramore.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Gabe Munro, Nolan Archibald, Porter Archibald, Griffin Archibald, Mason Prestridge, Lucas Vance, Noah Abbott, Miguel Lopez and Elezar Lopez.
She began her career as an LPN at Community Hospital and retired 37 years later as Head PBX Supervisor at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
Services will be held at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel, located at 303 Oakhill Road, Jasper, AL 35504 on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. Private family viewing at 12:30 p.m., viewing for friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Services to be held at 2:00 p.m.
