Ruby Marcine Tedford, age 91, passed away November 19, 2023, at her home.
She was born January 27, 1932 in Jackson, TN the daughter of the late Malcom and Buna Mae Poteet. She grew up in Pinson and graduated from Pinson High School.
She worked as a bookkeeper at Kisbers Clothing Store for seventeen years. She then worked at Cotton Express for a time and then at South Jackson Walmart until she retired.
She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and colored pencil drawing and watching Television.
She was Baptist in faith.
She loved talking to her good friends on the telephone and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Tedford is survived by two daughters, Pattie Mosier of Pinson and Julie Blackmon of Pinson, grandchildren, Bart Blackmon (Hannah), Dylan Mosier, Heather Tedford and Brian Tedford and one great grandchild, Kaylee Tedford.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Richard Joel Tedford.
