Gordon Landman, Jr., 83 of Madison, Alabama died on Sunday, April 7, 2013, at his home.
Born Tuesday, June 11, 1929 in Lickskillet, Alabama, he was the son of the late Gordon Landman and the late Mamie Landers Sfero.
He lived in the Harvest area all his life and was a Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Harvest Church of Christ, a local cotton farmer, and loved all of his family.
He is surivved by his wife of 64 years , Jeanette Landman, Harvest, AL: one daughter, Lesa Preston of Harvest, AL, sister, Naomi Turner of Gadsden, AL. 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Darrell Landman.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Huntsville Memory Gardens located at Highway 72 Huntsville, Alabama 35816 with Bro. Mike Hovis officiating. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens, Huntsville, AL.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
