William Dan Adkins, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday, November 11th, 2023.
Mr. Adkins is survived by his wife of 60 years; Jeanette Adkins, daughter; Dana Terry (Byron), son; Craig Adkins (Susan), grandchildren; Robyn Terry, Rachel Adkins, Stacie Terry, and Rebecca Adkins.
He is preceded by his parents; Virgil and Maude Adkins, and sister; Francis Evans.
Dan served his country for three years in the United States Army. He retired after 30 years of dedicated service and employment at NASA.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 17th, 2023 at Mayfair Church of Christ from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM. Funeral service will follow at 1:00, at the church with Gary Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
