Bonnie Tutor Newell, 85, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023, at Magnolia Manor in Tupelo, MS. Bonnie was born on September 16, 1938, in Pontotoc, MS to Walter Scott and Vester Moorman Jordan.
Survivors include her children, Bonnie Mize (Bruce), Scott Tutor, Billy Tutor (Tammy), and Sylvia Mathis (Lynn); her siblings, Billy Jordan and Edna Williams; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Alton Tutor and Chuck Newell; and her brother, Jerry Jordan.
Services will be Monday, October 16, 2023, at 2PM at Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. David Hamilton officiating. Visitation will begin a 11AM and continue to service time. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Roger Clements, Kim Clements, O.L. Milton, Shawn Tutor, Drake White, and Jared White.
