Charles William Collins, 70, of Athens, AL, passed away on September 27th, 2023. He was born on June 18th, 1953, in Oswego, NY, to George and Mildred (Alnut) Phelps.
He is survived by his daughters Melissa Allen and Cassandra May Collins; and sons Christopher Matthew Collins, Jessie Spence, Justin Spence, and Travis Cosby.
