Bart “Pop” Thrasher, age 77, of Quinton passed away Thursday August 31, 2023 at his residence. There are no services scheduled at this time. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Bud and Pearl Thrasher; daughter, Rhonda Thrasher and grandson, Cody Lauderdale.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Juanelle Thrasher; daughter, Tammie Bittle; grand-daughter, Kimberly Posten (Casey);grand-sons, Bradley Bittle and Matthew Bittle (Amanda); great-grandchildren, Hayden Posten, Madison Posten, Mason Posten, Riley Lauderdale, Jaxon Lauderdale, Creighton Bittle and Hagen Bittle; siblings, Larry, Jane and Janice; nephew, Eddie Pate (Sissy); niece, Glenda Henderson; sisters-in-law, Billie Henderson and Sue Wright; son-in-law, Stephen Lauderdale.
