A visitation for Ms. Gina Hallman, age 58 of Lineville, will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville.
Ms. Hallman passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023, at Clay County Hospital. Gina lived most of her life in and around Clay County. She was a seamstress for many years before medical issues had her retire at an early age and attended 1st Assembly of God Ashland. Gina was an extremely determined and outspoken person. Always quick witted and even a little sassy. She was a wonderful cook, loved to garden and enjoyed the hummingbirds that would visit. She loved her children and family dearly.
Ms. Hallman is survived by her children; Hollye Hallman of Sylacauga and Justin Edmondson(Areil) of Roanoke; her mother, Glenda Amason(Tony) of Lake Wedowee; five grandchildren, Major, Harlee, Cailyn, Kase and Andsley; three siblings; Tony Hallman of Lineville, Dee Hallman Exum(Bill) of Lake Wedowee and Audie Hallman(Becky) of Anniston; several nieces, two nephews, and a large extended family.
She was preceded in death by her father Jimmy Hallman.
