Millard Leon Long, age 78, Haleyville, AL. passed away Thursday August 3, 2023. He was a member of the Church of Christ, worked in sales with Mays Wholesale for 35 years.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday August 12, 2023 at 1:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL., with Bro. Rickey White officiating. Family will receive friends 12:00NOON – 1:00PM before the service.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Carden Long; children, Gregory Leon Long, Kevin Alan Long, Beth Ann Long and Melissa Long Bales (Shawn); sister, Sue Gravitt; grandchildren, Amber Lynn White (Terry), Douglas Adam Wilkins, Amy Leann Cochran, Lindsay Victoria Wilkins and Morgan Andrew Long; great grandchildren, Ani, Jaliyah, Jaiden, Jaxon, Aubrey and Kaylee; a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.W. and Verna Long; sisters, Millie Cleveland and Reba Sanders.
