Linda Jo Jackson, age 70 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Friday, August 4, 2023 at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 2:00PM on Saturday, August 12th. Burial will follow in Mallorys Cemetery with her grandsons, and Joshua Alexander and Calvin Lee serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View on Saturday, August 12th from 11:00AM until the hour of service at 2:00PM.
Mrs. Jackson was born on August 28, 1952 in Springfield, Tennessee. She was retired after 28 years with Gaylord Opryland Entertainment.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandson, Abel Scott Kendzierski; mother & step-father, Mary & John Hunter; and father, Richard Martin.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Bobby Jackson; sons, Darrell & Charlie Jackson; daughters, Rhonda (Larry) Akin, Melinda (John) Thompson, Angel (Joel)Kendzierski, and Nikki (Stewart) Goodman; grandchildren, Maggie Jackson, Levi Jackson, Nick (Whitney) Akin, Mackenzie Akin, Justin Thompson, Jacob Thompson, Lindsey (Joshua) Alexander, Katie (Ben) Rabe, Scottie (Allyssa) Kendzierski, Audrey Goodman, William Goodman & Julia Goodman; great-grandchildren, A’miyah Lee, Aubree, Makai, Iman, & Honesty Jackson, Charlotte Akin, Jamison, Jackson, & Sophia Alexander.
