James E. “Jim” Kelley, Sr., age 66, of Hillsboro, died Sunday, July 30, 2023, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Parkway Funeral Home is assisting his family with arrangements; no service is planned at this time. Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.
Mr. Kelley was born September 13, 1956, in Anniston, to James Arnelle Kelley and Mary Edd (Grissom) Kelley. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Angela Hammond; and brother-in-law, Wayne Hammond.
He is survived by his wife, Jill Terry Kelley; son, James E. “Jimmy” Kelley, Jr.; daughter, Mary Kelley Rivers (Hunter); nephew, Arthur Hammond (Michelle); niece, Brooke Boggess Thedford (Barry); and a host of other nephews, nieces, and in-laws.
