Mrs. Martha Doris Stephens, age 81 of Albertville, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023. A visitation will be held Friday evening, July 21, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the chapel, with Brother Morrell Upchurch and Brother Lavon Nailer officiating, and burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Stephens is survived by her daughters Martha Jo Powell (Charles) and Teresa Harris (Terry); grandchildren Allen Hopper (Emmalee), Jonathan Hopper (Sheri), Colton Harris (Caitlyn), Nathan Powell, and Keylon Harris (Jamie); great grandchildren Jacob Hopper (Bella), Kellie Harris, Ashley Smith, Joe Hopper, Carleigh Hopper, Camryn Hopper, Caston Harris, and Caylem Harris; great great granddaughter Aurora Ann Brown; and special care givers Sonya Edmonds and Jeff Mills.
She was preceded in death by her parents Burton and Rethal Sims; husband Joe Stephens, 6 sisters and 7 brothers.
Pallbearers will include Allen Hopper, Jonathan Hopper, Colton Harris, Nathan Powell, Keylon Harris, Jacob Hopper, and Joe Hopper.
