Mr. Perry Eugene Esslinger, age 56, of Scottsboro, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Scottsboro Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 10, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. The burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Perry is survived by his wife, Rebecca Esslinger; daughters, Prissy Lee and Laura (Tater) Swearengin; sons, Terry (Sara) Esslinger and Gerald Dyar; grandchildren, Madison Esslinger, Savannah Bench, Noah Esslinger, Sophie Mason, Kinsley Mason, Abel Swearengin, and Aubree Esslinger; sisters, Angie (Bobby) Parker and Geneva Corbitt (Bobby Dunn); and brother, Ricky (Sherry) Esslinger.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Serenity Mason; parents, Cecil and Martha Esslinger; brother, Danny Esslinger; and grandparents, Odell and Agnes Esslinger and Carman and Robert Foote.
