Linda Fay Collums, 75, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS. Linda was born on June 3, 1948, in Charleston, IN to Orville and Burnice Lovvorn and was a member of Pontotoc Apostolic Church. She enjoyed cooking, canning, fishing with Papa, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Linda is survived by her husband, Sherman Collums; daughters, Lisa King, Shelia Biffle, Terry Trimm, and Becky Keith; son, Clyde Boyd; grandchildren, Brooke Hooker, Brandon Moore, Breanna Alred, Adinah Barrows, Dalton Keith, Brooklyn Miller, Billy Keith, Wendy Keith, Elizabeth Glaude, Charity Faye Boyd, Annabella Boyd, and Chance Biffle; 14 great-grandchildren; her sister, Joann Staser; and her brother, James Lovvorn.
She was preceded in death by her father, Orville Lovvorn; her mother, Burnice Stewart; and her sisters, Claire Lovvorn and Dorothy Stokes.
Services will be Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 5PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Russell Trimm and Bro. Bennie Randolph officiating. Visitation will begin at 2PM and continue to service time. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of arrangements.
