Joel Robert Cobb, age 53 of Iron City, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2023. He was born on July 8, 1969, to Elbert and Sandra Cobb.
He is survived by his wife, Tonya Cobb; daughters, Caitlin Cobb and Mallory Cobb; mother, Sandra Cobb; sister, Tracy Shaw; nephew, Nick Shaw; niece, Faith Shaw; and brother-in-law, Tim Hicks.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elbert Cobb.
Joel was a 1987 graduate of White Plains High School. He was a poultry and cattle farmer, owning and operating Mal-Cat Farms. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. Joel loved his girls and he loved life.
Memorial services will be held at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 4:00 PM with Bro. Eric Snider officiating.
