Thomas E. “Tommy” Lands Sr., age 86, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
Mr. Lands was a 27-year Baptist Minister and a 48-year Brick Mason member.
He is survived by his children, Jennifer (Gary) West, Thomas E. Lands, Jr., Cecelia (Jimmy) Culver; Grandchildren, Natalie (Jason) Gregory, Keasha (Jonathan) Bellomy, Tristian (Noah) Moon, Nicole Renee’ Culver, Matt (Joleen) Moore, Eric Battani, Dusty (Mark) Brown, Thomas Bradley (Tonya) Lands; Great Grandchildren, Riley Jean Gregory, Madeline “Charlee” Gregory, Shelby Grace Bellomy, Birdie Lane Bellomy, Breanna Lachelle Simmons, Caitlyn Dean Simmons, Alexis Paige Lands, Thomas Bradley Lands, Jr., Arianna Murray, Ayden Murray, Madelynn Battani, Bailee Battani; Brothers, Samuel and Marvin Lands, Sisters, Mary Cornelison and Faye Blizzard.
Tommy is preceded in death by his Loving Wife, Bobbie Knight Lands, Parents, Erskine and Ruby Evans Lands, Great Grandchild, McKenna Faith Gregory.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Rudder Funeral Home of Scottsboro. Funeral Services for Mr. Lands will be on Friday, June 16, 2023, beginning at 3:00 PM in the Rudder Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe David Moore.
Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro Alabama.
