A Celebration of Life Service for Helen George, 77 of Rienzi, MS, will be Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow in Sardis Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. David George will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 11:30 A M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. George passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born January 4, 1946 in Memphis, TN to Clovis Davis and Mae Box Davis. She was a housewife and a member of Danville Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and talking to her friends. Helen is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dewey Willie George; her son, Ronny George and wife Jennifer; her daughter, Kammie George; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Clovis Davis; her mother, Mae Box Davis and her half sister, Louise Heddy. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Helen George.
