FLORENCE-Mayor Andrew Betterton and the Florence City Council are excited to announce the new Tombigbee Public Parking Deck groundbreaking, which will occur Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 10:00 am. The new six-level public parking deck consisting of 273 automobile spaces and 23 bicycle spaces will be on the corner of Pine Street and Tombigbee Street. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.
