Mrs. Cyndi Langston Lewis, age 52 of Swearengin, Alabama passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
Cyndi was born to Claude “Bud” & Evelyn Langston on October 18, 1970. She was a 1989 graduate of KDS DAR High School. She married the love her life, James in 1994. She was a daughter, mother, wife, sister, and devoted friend to many. Anytime she met someone she never forgot who they were.
She is survived by her husband, James Lewis; daughter, Taylor Lewis; mother, Evelyn Langston; brother, Randall Langston; nephew, Matthew Langston; niece, Danielle Langston; and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Claude Langston; and grandparents, Floyd & Elizabeth Langston and Doc & Rosa Lee Guffey.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. David Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Taliaferro Cemetery in Princeton. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Scottsboro Funeral Home.
