Colton Levi Jennings entered this world sleeping at 11:54 p.m. on Wednesday, May 03, 2023. He was 7lbs 5 oz, and 23” of pure perfection. He was surrounded by family and friends, covered with prayers, and cradled by Jesus.
Colton is the son of Ben and Kayla Jennings of Phil Campbell.
The visitation times are 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 09,2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. John McCullar and Bro. Zach Smith officiating the service. The burial will be at Blue Springs Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Ben Jennings, Zach Smith, Jackson Hightower, and Brent Whitten.
Colton leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, Ben and Kayla; grandparents, Steven and Tina Smith, Phyllis Jack, Carl & Tonya Christopherson; great-grandparents, Sue & Bobby Smith, Margaret Jack, Pat Hovater, Jean Mathis; great-great-grandmother, Elsie Newell; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by great-grandparents, Bill Hovater, Bob Mathis, Starland Newell, Elton Jack, and James Bray.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of labor and delivery and postpartum wings at North Alabama Medical Center. We also want to thank Spry Memorial Chapel for the love and kindness shown to the family.
