Edith Myurl Haynes, age 89, Haleyville, AL. passed away Tuesday April 11, 2023 at her home. She was retired Inspector with Haleyville Textile Mill and a member of Littleville United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be Thursday April 13, 2023 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 1:00PM in the chapel, with Bro. Dylan Scott and Bro. Greg Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Littleville Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Martha (Dewayne) Lewis; daughter in law, Rose Haynes; 3 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Nellie McKissack; brothers, Haskell McKissack and Odell McKissack; husband, Wilford Haynes; son, Aubrey Haynes; a infant great great grandchild.
