Gilbert Mancha, age 75 of Chapel Hill, TN, passed away March 25, 2023 in Franklin, Tennessee. Gilbert was born November 4, 1947 in Uvalde, Texas to the late Joe Mancha and Beatrice Gonzales. Gilbert worked as a mechanic with Moody’s Tire and Auto for many years. He attended Cross Keys Baptist Church.
Gilbert is survived by his wife, Ann Beech Mancha; daughter, Beatrice Love; son, Mark Hulsey; grandchildren, Zachary, Damion and Issacc Love; step children, Nancy Freeman, Donald Hulsey, Patricia Watts and Mary Hulsey; sister, Janie Allen, Nancy Bernal, Mary Bernal, Josie Upchurch and Irene Navarro; brother, Victor Bernal and previous wife, Eddie Poteete Mancha. He is preceded in death by his step daughter, Jean Hulsey and brothers, Joe Mancha and Raul Bernal.
Funeral services will be held at a later date at Lawrence Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gilbert Mancha Memorial Fund.
