Funeral service for Wanda Townsend, 73, will be Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in McKendree Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Townsend died on Friday, March 24, 2023 at NHC Healthcare. She was born September 26, 1949, Mrs. Townsend was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Scott Townsend.
Mrs. Townsend lived her life in service for God and her family. She was a precious Mother and Grandmother and she will be missed dearly.

Husband – Don Rickie Townsend
Daughter – Crystal Townsend Moore (Zac)
Daughter – Mary Ann Taylor (Terry)
Grandchildren – Lucas Townsend (Kelsey), Austin Roy (Sydney), and Ashley Roy
