Charlene Brewer Richie, 85 yrs old, of Vicksburg, MS, passed away at home on February 21, 2023. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stacey Fogas Gulledge, her father, C.W. Brewer and mother, Midget (Jennings) Chappell, her Step-Father, George Chappell, her siblings: C.W. (Buddy) Brewer Jr, and Nancy Watts Haven. She is survived by five children; Brenda Lafitte, Midgette Bobb (Kelly), Rodney Richardson Sr. (Donna), Susan Lombana, Cynthia Weil (Terrill), her siblings, Shirley Roe, Gerald Brewer, George D. Chappell and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Charlene will especially be remembered for her staunch faith in Jesus Christ and His power to save and for her fierce love of her six children, for whom she was both, mother and father.
