Anita Kay Hicks Knight, age 61 of Quinton, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at her residence. Anita was born at the Sipsey Clinic to Patricia Watts Hicks and the late John Ellis Hicks.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Gail Pickett and Teresa Karen Hicks.
She is survived by her mother, Patsy Hicks; two sons, William Shane Flanagan and John Wayne (Chasity) Stillwell; grandkids, Dakota Blackston, Taylor Blackston, Allona Nichole Stillwell, and Raelynn Joyce Stillwell; niece, Kristi Nichole Smith; nephew, Bradllee David Smith; and her brother in-law, Barry Pickett.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 15th, at 2:00 PM from the Bell Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will follow in Shanghi Cemetery with Hollis Alexander officiating.
