Randall Edward Hicks, 65, of Arab passed away January 25, 2023, at the home of his loving daughter, LeAndra Hicks. He was born October 2, 1957, in Etowah County to E.L. Hicks and Margaret Marie Miller. He was married to his loving wife, Florence Elinda Hicks for 41 years. Mr. Hicks was very well known in Marshall County for the many years he ran his company, Old Jail Bond Inc. Randall was a stern, but honest man and he made a huge impact on those he loved. He was a man of God who loved westerns, Nascar, and horses. Mr. Hicks was preceded in death by bis parents, EL Hicks and Margaret Miller, sister, Joan Marie, and granddaughter Victoria LeAnn Spears.
He is survived by his wife, Florence Elinda Hicks; his brothers, Ross Hicks (Michelle) Ronnie Kennedy; stepbrothers, Jimmy Kennedy, Harvey Kennedy; children, Dewayne Cox (Ismene), LeAndra Hicks, Joan Marie Bagwell (Nick), Chad Hicks (Holly), Coby Gargus; grandchildren, Sierra Bishop (Chris), Gregory Cox, Danielle Cox, Dylan Cox, Aiden Cox, Blake Hicks (Lexi), Oliva Gargus, Calvin Gargus; great grandchildren; Evelynn Hicks, Anna Marie Hicks.
