Funeral service for Rita Barnett, 62, will be Monday, January 23, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Drinkard officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Barnett died on Thursday, January 19, 2023, surrounded by love, at her residence. She was born December 24, 1960, in Illinois, to Reba Nichols. She was employed by Wolverine Tube in the Brazing Department, prior to her passing. She loved her family with all of her heart. Rita enjoyed sewing, cooking, riding motorcycles and camping. Preceding her in death were her mother, a son: Adam Barnett, and a sister: Lynn Carden.
