Frances Victoria Phillips, 74, of Elkmont, passed away on Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Phillips was born on April 16th, 1948, to Thomas and Carnell Crowson.
Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Dean Phillips; daughter Leigh Phillips Carter (Don); grandchildren Brady Phillips, Jackson Phillips, and Lindsey Roberts; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her son Brad Phillips; parents Thomas and Carnell Crowson; and her uncle and aunt Marvin and Dot Crowson.
Mrs. Phillips was a member of Lebanon Community Church where she was the piano player and the treasurer.
Services were held privately.
