Miss Mazel Louise Williamson, age 75, was born December 21, 1946, in Murfreesboro, TN, and departed this life on December 16, 2022, at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville, TN. She loved cross stitch, embroidery, dancing, and babies. Mazel was a member of McMinnville First Free Will Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents Jim P. and Gertrude Brandon Williamson, infant brother Charles Brandon Williamson, brother Roy Williamson, sister Jimmie Sue Smith Hunt, and a nephew Jonno Jordan.
She is survived by brother Danny Williamson of McMinnville, TN, sisters Faye Ritchey of Centertown, TN, Joan (John) Jordan of Decatur, AL, and Melba Kaye (Perry) Marcum of Sparta, TN, nieces and nephews Loretta Ritchey, Norman Ritchey, Rita York, Brenda Scott, Chris Smith, and Pam Gross all of McMinnville, TN, and Corry Marcum and Jeremy Marcum of Sparta, TN, Tonya Rosenburg of Washington State, Mike Jordan of Clifton, TN, and Gretta McDaniel of Decatur, AL. Many other family members and friends survive.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Monday, December 19, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Bill Eversole will officiate. Interment will follow at Whitlock Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. and again Monday from 12:00 P.M. Noon until 1:00 P.M. at McMinnville Funeral Home.
